Ascott shares best practice with 35,000 business leaders in 2018 Parliamentary Review

We’re delighted to announce we’ve been asked to share Ascott’s manufacturing and export knowledge and leadership success in the 2018 Parliamentary Review.

The 2018 Manufacturing & Services Review, which promotes best practice as a learning tool to raise standards in industry and as a template for reform, has recently been published and can be viewed on the link below;

The paper includes insights from our Chairman Chris Gates and Managing Director Adrian Wain alongside some of the most successful British manufacturers, entrepreneurs and senior politicians.

Chris and Adrian worked on Ascott’s 1,000-word contribution alongside an interview with The Rt Hon David Curry, former Cabinet minster and ex-World Trade Editor of the Financial Times.

Past editions have included insights from Prime Minister Theresa May, former PM David Cameron, the Rt Hon Greg Clark, Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and Terry Scuoler, CEO at the EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation.

Each year, the Parliamentary Review includes separate editions based on key policy areas including education, technology, finance and manufacturing.

Alongside pieces from manufacturers, Government minsters and industry leaders, the 2018 Manufacturing & Services Review will contain impartial summaries of the year in British industry and at Westminster.

More than 35,000 leading policymakers, including Peers, CEOs, Vice-Presidents, Chief Information Officers, factory directors and leading lights in the engineering and construction industry will be sent the document.

The main aims of the Review are to demonstrate how organisations or individuals have become outstanding leaders in their field and how they have responded to challenges within the industry, sharing best practice as a template for reform.
