トヨタ研究所加速サイクル腐食試験
この試験手順は、汎用の大気腐食試験として機能し、多種多様な材料、コーティングおよび材料の相互作用に適用することができる。
冬季道路除氷塩由来の塩化ナトリウムを中心に、塩化物イオンの影響が大きい車体に使用される金属の耐食性を評価できるように開発されました。 このテストは本質的に循環的です。試験片は時間の経過とともに変化する気候にさらされます。
試験片は密閉されたチャンバーに入れられ、変化する気候にさらされます。
方法C は、以下の24時間プロファイルを含む
- 4時間塩水噴霧@ 50°C
- 5時間強制乾燥 @ 70°C/ <30%RH
- 12時間濡れ @ 50°C / 85-90%RH
- 70°C/ <30%RHで2時間強制乾燥し、
- 周囲条件での1時間の自然乾燥
サイクルの繰り返し回数は多いため、テスト期間は可変です。
このテストは、上記の各ステップ間の30分の移行時間を可能にし、一般にトヨタCCT-Cと呼ばれます
