日産エンジニアリング規格 – 複合腐食試験
ファミコンM-0007は、試料が塩水噴霧、乾燥、濡れ(凝縮液湿度)などの腐食条件にさらされたときの錆び、膨れ、付着の程度を測定するために使用されます。
標準の方法Bは、塩噴霧、乾燥および湿潤の期間を自動的に循環させることができる周期腐食チャンバを必要とする。
以下のいずれかのサイクルを選択して、関係者との合意に基づいてこのテストを実行できます。
- CCT-1 – 塩水噴霧(35°C、4時間)→乾燥(60°C、2時間)→湿潤(50°C、95%RH、2時間)
- CCT-2- 塩水噴霧(35°C、2時間)→乾燥(60°C、2時間)→湿潤(50°C、95%RH、4時間)
- CCT-4 – 塩水噴霧(35°C、10分)→乾燥(60°C、155分)→湿潤(60°C、95%RH、75分)、乾燥(60°C、160分)→濡れ(60°C、95%RH、80分)のサブプログラムを5回繰り返した
