この試験規格のセクション27では、腐食試験の5つのクラス要件について説明します
クラス1 – 塩水噴霧試験
クラス2 – 穿孔耐食性試験
クラス3 – スクラッチ耐食性試験
クラス4 – エッジ耐食性試験
クラス5 – 糸状耐食性試験
クラス3-4は一般的にマツダMCT-3Mと呼ばれ、以下のテストステップを実行するために完全に密閉されたチャンバが必要です。
- JIS Z 2371に準拠して35°Cで1時間塩水噴霧
- 6時間乾燥 @ 60°C / 10-30%RH
- 1時間濡れ @ 50°C / 95% RH
テストプロファイルは8時間と180サイクルで実行されます
このテストは、アクセサリACC42およびACC47を取り付けた Ascott Cyclic Chamber で実行できます。
