中性塩水噴霧試験の方法
高温で塩水噴霧気候にさらされた場合の、コーティングされた金属試料およびコーティングされていない金属試料の腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用できます。
試験片を密閉されたチャンバーに入れ、中性(pH 6.5~7.2)の塩水溶液の連続的な間接スプレーにさらし、1.0~2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試験片に落下させ、チャンバー温度+35Cで。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
200リットル未満のチャンバー容積は、この試験規格では許可されていません。
このテストは、NSS テストとも呼ばれます。
