金属コーティングの腐食試験 – 銅加速酢酸塩水噴霧試験
高温で銅加速酢酸塩水噴霧気候にさらされた場合の金属コーティングの腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用することができる。
試験片を密閉されたチャンバーに入れ、酸性化(pH 3.1〜3.3)塩水溶液の連続的な間接スプレーにさらし、1.0〜2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試験片に落下させる+50Cのチャンバー温度で。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
200リットル未満のチャンバー容積は、この試験規格では許可されていません。
このテストは、CASS テストとも呼ばれます。
