塗料とワニス – 中性塩水噴霧(霧)に対する耐性の測定
高温で塩水噴霧(霧)気候にさらされた場合の塗料およびワニスの腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用できます。
試験片を密閉されたチャンバーに入れ、中性(pH 6.5~7.2)の塩水溶液の連続間接スプレーにさらし、+35Cのチャンバー温度で1.0~2.5ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試料に落下します。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
400リットル未満のチャンバー容積は、この試験規格では許可されていません。
この試験は、中性塩噴霧またはNSS試験とも呼ばれる。
