希薄電解質環状霧/乾式試験
周囲温度で希薄塩水噴霧の変化する気候にさらされ、続いて高温で風乾された場合、鋼の腐食塗料に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用することができます。
試験片は密閉されたチャンバーに入れられ、以下の2つの部分からなる繰り返しサイクルからなる変化する気候にさらされる。 周囲チャンバー温度(21~27°C)で、希薄酸性(pH5.0~5.4)塩水溶液の連続間接スプレーに1.0時間暴露し、1.0~2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試料に落下する。 これに続いて、+35Cのチャンバー温度で、空気乾燥(パージ)気候に1.0時間さらされる。 サイクルの繰り返し回数は多いため、テスト期間は可変です。
このテストは、プロヘクション テストとも呼ばれます。
