環状酸性塩噴霧試験
酢酸塩水噴霧の変化する気候にさらされ、続いて風乾し、続いて高湿度がすべて高温で曝された場合のアルミニウム合金の腐食に対する相対耐性をテストするために使用することができる。
試験片は密閉されたチャンバーに入れられ、以下の3つの部分からなる繰り返しサイクルからなる変化する気候にさらされる。 酸性化(pH 2.8~3.0)塩水溶液の連続間接スプレーに0.75時間暴露し、1.0~2.0ml/80cm²/時間の速度で試料に落下する。 これに続いて、空気乾燥(パージ)気候に2.0時間さらされます。 これに続いて、95%RHの高湿度気候に3.25時間さらされます。 テストサイクル全体は、+49Cの一定のチャンバ温度にあります。 サイクルの繰り返し回数は多いため、テスト期間は可変です。
この試験は、乳房症検定とも呼ばれる。
