日産エンジニアリング規格 – 塩水噴霧試験
日産MES-M0007は、試料が塩水噴霧、乾燥、濡れ(凝縮液湿度)などの腐食条件にさらされたときの錆び、膨れ、付着の程度を測定するために使用されます。
規格の方法Aは、NES M-0140に準拠した塩水噴霧試験を必要とし、試験片を密閉チャンバーに入れ、中性(pH 6.5〜7.2)塩水溶液の連続間接スプレーにさらし、+35Cのチャンバー温度で1.0〜2.0ml / 80cm² /時間の速度で試料に落下する。 この気候は一定の定常状態条件下で維持されます。 テスト期間は可変です。
このテストは、NSS テストとも呼ばれます。
