自動車部品の化粧腐食試験方法
この規格は、自動車金属部品の化粧腐食およびその表面処理を調べるための試験方法を規定しています。 それは本質的に周期的です。試験片は時間の経過とともに変化する気候にさらされます。
試験片は密閉されたチャンバーに入れられ、次の3つの部分からなる繰り返しサイクルからなる変化する気候にさらされます。 JIS Z 2371に準じて+35Cで塩水噴霧に2.0時間暴露する。 これに続いて、+ 60°Cで20〜30%RHの気候で4.0時間の空気乾燥が行われます。 これに続いて、+50°Cで95〜100%RHの凝縮水気候(湿潤)に2.0時間さらされます。 サイクルの繰り返し回数は多いため、テスト期間は可変です。
テスト・サイクルの各部分間の最大遷移時間も、次のように指定されます。
塩水噴霧から30分以内の風乾まで。
風乾から濡れまで15分以内。
濡れから塩水噴霧まで30分以内。

400リットル未満のチャンバー容積は、この試験規格では許可されていません。
この試験は、しばしばCCTと略される循環腐食試験とも呼ばれる。
